Positive: Perfect location between San Marino and Rimini and Free hotel parking were two of three good things about this hotel. Lady at breakfast (she was working only our last morning) was really nice and respectful

Negative: This hotel is 2- or 3-star standard at best.. The waiter/receptionist (an older gentleman) did not speak English and was noticeably less friendly toward us as non-Italians compared to Italian guests. Breakfast was quite limited, although the food itself was good. The same gentleman would stand nearby and watch us the entire time, which felt quite uncomfortable. The hotel description stated that a baby bed was available for €15 per night, but upon arrival we were informed that no baby bed was available at all. The air conditioning was not working in either of our rooms, and in one of the rooms the window could not be opened. In that same room, the water pressure from the tap was also very poor. Usually, hotel rooms provide a kettle for boiling water (not to mention tea or coffee). For us, this was especially important because we needed it to prepare baby food.

Positive: We stayed one night as a stopover and it was suitable for this. Easy and free parking. Normal room including balcony.

Negative: Breakfast was ok, but they stopped making eggs 45 minutes before it closed and others came after us too. We asked for a second key and they acted like it was a big deal. Big terrace, but no terrace furniture. Place looks like it was great when new, but clearly needs an upgrade now.

Summary: Good as a stopover, but would not recommend long stays

Positive: Room was decent size and had a balcony (Even though we didn't use)

Negative: -- It doesn't look like 4 star property -- The irritating part was the lady at the breakfast was telling us that we took 6 pieces of melons (all from plate). Me and my partner both were eating mostly fruits being vegetarian. 6 pieces for 2 people is not even too much. But anyway, how can someone question you how much you can and can't? -- Dog was screaming during the day time in the room next to us -- 30 mins to center by bus
