Positive: From the very first step, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, everyone we met—especially at the reception—was always welcoming, greeting us with a smile and checking if we were comfortable. Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was super comfortable—10/10! The special bathtub with a TV was such a fun surprise… my husband ended up taking a much longer bath than usual, hahaha! But that’s what vacations are for, right? The reception staff also gave us great tips about where to go and what to see in St. Moritz, which made our trip even more enjoyable. And after our chilly evening walks, coming back to warm Glühwein and delicious cookies was simply perfect. We can’t miss mentioning our dinner at the hotel restaurant—absolutely exceptional! Compliments to the Chef for a fantastic meal. Highly recommended. We truly love this hotel and will definitely choose it again the next time we visit St. Moritz.

Positive: Location was amazing. The rooms were clean and very cozy. I liked the bed and the bathroom, and the internet worked well. The food was also amazing.
Negative: The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. It had a strange residue in the water container, which was quite unpleasant. Please pay more attention to these kinds of maintenance issues. As for the breakfast, the coffee was extremely weak and of poor quality. It might be necessary to descale the coffee machine or use better coffee beans, because the current experience is far below expectations.
