Summary: Lovely place. Giada paid attention to us as if she were the owner. Convenient location to the port. 10 minute walk to the ferry, retaurants and shopping. Excellent breakfast. We will be staying at the same hotel next week upon our return from Stromboli.

Summary: A fabulous stay. From checking into the hotel, the front seat staff was hospitable, accommodating and helpful. The staff took time to discuss many questions and concerns only for us to lean that he shift was ending and she treated us as if we were the only people. He king in! The breakfast is fabulous … love the coffee bar and more!

Summary: We came to Milazzo with the intention of taking the ferry to the islands, however, it rained, and we spent an unexpected and delightful stay in the city of Milazzo. The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to reach the ferry. We walked all the way to the top of the castle, which was amazing. The streets are lovely to stroll at night, well lit and very safe. We ate at some very good restaurants. The hotel provided one of our favorite breakfasts in Sicily. Lots of choices and the staff was very pleasant. Great parking in the basement. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Summary: We went to Milazzo to take the ferry to the Aeolian Islands for a day trip. Our original day trip was canceled but the hotel manager was able to quickly arrange another one. He also recommended several wonderful restaurants and we had two of the best meals of our trip. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a lot of variety. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s professional stsff
