Positive: Staff very helpful and good location. Due to building works in progress we were upgraded to a junior suite which made up for it. Also had an electric charger for the car!

Negative: Perhaps more choice for vegetarians in the Cafe? But nothing more.

Positive: We were upgraded due to renovations at the hotel. Had a joinior suite, which was a lovely suprise. The lady on reception was very helpful and very polite her name was Anna. Highly recommended this hotel.

Positive: Absolutely everything, even the weather was kind. Fantastic half board meals with quality produce. Free parking for our motorcycle in the underground car park. Excellent!

Negative: Could not find fault with anything, super hotel.

Positive: The bar and restaurant were both very busy when we arrived on a sunny Saturday afternoon but we were well looked after and settled in. Secure parking was under the Hotel in an easy accessible location. Two Golden Eagles came down to say hello, at least it felt that way. Dinner was excellent with attentive staff. Good location just below the Old Town.

Negative: Bed room was quite small.
