Positive: the food was ok, with lots of fish and mussels, great beach, the room was big enough for a family of 4
Negative: the hotel itself needs a revamp, the pool was quite small and it closed at 18, also the bar near the pool closed at 17:30?

Positive: The food was good and the hotel is well cleaned.Location is next to the beach and the view is great especially on the top levels.You could see the sunrise.
Negative: It s an old hotel and it was hard to park near to it.The parking is expensive(20 Leva/day zone 0 ).Drinks are served in plastic glasses

Positive: -comfy beds -very close to the beach -tasty drinks and tasty food -varied lunch and dinner -clean beach -quiet during the night
Negative: -can be cleaner -cleaning ladies NEVER KNOCKED - this was very unpleasant. I was in the bathroom and my boyfriend was drying his hair in the room. It was absolutetly clear we were inside, the lady didn’t knock and just got into the room. This was very unpleasant, we need intimacy and we felt like they could come in at anytime which made us feel uncomfortable -there was a day where i felt like the chicken was not fully cooked so I couldn’t eat it -not enough working coffee machines in the morning -forks and knives were not always clean, which was again kinda gross -mosquitos nets were in such a bad condition that it was pure luck that we only had 1 mosquito entering during the day. They barely hang and stay in place, should be fixed -sunbeds should be replaced or at least some pillows or sponges should be put on them, my bones hurt very bad because of how uncomfy they were -should invest some money in the facilities. Prices went up but the overall conditions went down. Keep it like this and your grade will go lower and your customers will lose their trust in you and stop coming. It was our 3rd time here as we enjoyed it in the past, but it goes downhill so we will not be returning.

Negative: The reception was rude, every single one of them were rude, careless but es3the bold guy, who tried to lecture us on cash payments in Europe. Staff in general was careless, room was dirty and very very old and the food was average.

Positive: The location of the hotel is good, close to beach and main street. The food was good too. We had nice view from the room. They were changing the towels every day. The staff was very polite, especially the receptionist Krasimir Nikolov, he assist us with everything that we needed answer to all of our questions in a professional manner.
Negative: The oily tables in the restaurant.

Negative: Food was the same every day. When we checked in the room was clean, but after that no one cleaned the room and change the bed sheets. The hear dryer was missing from the bathroom, I asked the gentleman who was on reception and he gave me one. The staff was very helpful and friendly but not enough because it is quite big hotel. For 4 stars hotel we were expecting a lot more. Definitely the hotel needs more staff and needs to be renovated.

Positive: We arrived around 2 hours earlier before checkin but they were nice to give us the room keys in advance (we are a big family so we booked 2 rooms). Being in vacation with a baby we started cleaning and dissinfecting the rooms, but the surprise was that the rooms were already very clean (huge plus for them). The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the resort, but isn't crowded or noisy, with lots of green areas, is just perfect.
Negative: Our biggest issue was the meals - I call it survival food because some days was tasteless (not every day), we ate because we needed to eat but without a huge pleasure. There were days and days. The barbecue was tasty but didn't function every day. Another small minuses are that not so many facilities: they have a pool and a pool bar but dont have a beach bar, dont have gym, the reception isnt very big and can become busy if many tourists checkin and there was no animators when we stayed there.
Summary: Overall a nice and relaxing vacation
