Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We arrived late at night and were warmly greeted, offered tea, coffee, and water, and helped with parking. The atmosphere was cozy and full of positive energy — it really felt like home. There’s even a cat, dog, rabbit, and some parrots in the hotel — all friendly and sweet, which our kids absolutely loved. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was clean and fresh. Thank you for such a warm and kind experience!
Negative: The only downside was the lack of on-site parking — it would be more convenient to have a dedicated spot at the hotel.
Summary: We stayed only for one night and didn’t really have time to notice any downsides — everything felt just right.

Positive: Location is very good. A little balcony with small table and chairs however view is into the inner court. Staff is very friendly allowed us to check in early in the morning.
Negative: There speaking only Italian and Russian, no English!

Negative: Entering very complex , 4 different doors and keys, The Gate to The street was difficult I had to Ask some neighbours how to open the Gate, they Said The lock is Broken. The receptionist didn't explain anything and there was no written guide to use The keys. I wasnt sure i would Be able to open The Gate Back at night

Positive: It is in the heart of Sanremo, surrounded by shops, restaurants, caffes and beach!
Negative: When you enter the hotel it smells like dog/cat and if you have the room number 1, the odor is the same inside.
