Positive: This was an exceptional hotel, especially for the good price. They were incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of personal attention. Only one block from the train station, but zero noise from the station.

Positive: The hotel front desk staff are all very friendly and welcoming as well as at breakfast. Our Comfort room was clean and spacious and quiet with the windows closed (it's on a somewhat busy street). It was an excellent choice for a weekend visit because it was comfortable, modern, and close to the train station. We paid for breakfast one day which was a good value. As expected there is a safe in the room plus a coffee maker and kettle which I always appreciate.

Negative: As with all Swiss hotels, the rooms get very warm in winter, even with the heat turned off! I prefer it a bit cooler so it is good that the window can be opened. The shower had one combination bath gel, but I prefer separate shampoo and conditioner for a hotel of this class.
