Summary: Wonderful boutique hotel right in the pedestrian zone. Close to many attractions and lots of restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room with very good beds.

Summary: İt is always a pleasure to stay in Hotel Schlicker, first of all the location is just perfect. Near Marienplatz S bahn a 2 min walking distance to the S Bahn where you can just easily get to the Airport. Breakfast used to be richer but still very good. Employees are very friendly so in all perfect place to stay in Munich old city.

Summary: Truly a wonderful place to stay — charm and class, a clear sense of history and place, but without sacrificing on comfort, amenities, or modernity. And the location could hardly be better; listening through the open window as the church bells chimed the hours was 👌👌.

Summary: Certainly the best ‘downtown’ hotel I have ever stayed in in 46 years of traveling to Europe. We were on the fourth floor overlooking the Main Street (Tal). When the window was closed, the room was silent. The room was air-conditioned which was fantastic. The breakfast service was fantastic. Great selection of food and by the fourth morning, they brought or coffee and tea to us directly. The Rollmops were the best I have ever eaten. Great selection of meat, cheese, bread and fruit was offered. The front desk was very helpful. Easy walking distance to Marienplatz S-Bahn station (however, if there was a down escalator, I could not find it). Many, many nearby restaurants. There was even a REWE store down the street. Many nearby churches including the Münchner Dom. Viktualenmarkt was ‚around the corner.‘ We highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. The hotel's location is PERFECT ... mere meters from the Marienplatz. The hotel is charming, clean and modern, with a great breakfast buffet and very helpful friendly staff.

Summary: Very cool hotel, right in the hub of everything Munchen. We walked everywhere, Walk score 100+. The room was perfect but the German FREE breakfast was probably the BEST breakfast I have ever had! I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: The location was amazing…just a 3 minute walk to Marienplatz and the train station. The room was small but charming and well equipped. The hotel provided a free breakfast which was lovely. The beds were comfortable. It was a wonderful stay.

Summary: The staff were extremely helpful. The room was a comfortable size, but a bit warm. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast choices were excellent. We were very satisfied with our stay and the location was walking distance to everything we planned on visiting.
