Summary: The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare.

Summary: We stayed in the annex which was very lovely and quiet. It was nice that there was a coffee machine in the lobby, however, it ran out of water (for tea) Sunday evening, so there was no coffee available Monday morning until 8. Perhaps room coffee maker would be better? Otherwise, the property was beautiful! Right above the river. Very easy to take the tram into Dresden to avoid parking. I definitely recommend a stay here!

Summary: Nice accommodations for the price. Very basic. Staff not that helpful. Room was in a different building from check in and even though there was a golf cart out front they wouldn’t help take bags to the room.

Summary: Never imagined I would stay at a castle in Europe. Beautiful place. Rooms were simple but so elegant. Staff was super nice. Well located and so quiet. Amazing experience

Summary: They make it seem as though you are staying in the main house but most of the rooms are in a out building, the room was fairly clean but run down, the common areas and hallways the flooring was terribly stained and threadbare
