Summary: This hotel was amazing. In a great location, close to the train/bus station. The staff was amazing! Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. AC would have been helpful during our stay, as it was really hot, but they gave us fans and the windows opened. The street noise gets a little loud with a bar down the street. Some rooms were more affected by this than others. Would stay here again!

Summary: Good for business stay for 2 night or so. Right opposite mainz station . Very easy walk of 100m . Also all trams / buses . 50m away .

Summary: The room was great, service was excellent but the fact that the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 4th floor was a bit of a challenge! Since the elevator hasn’t been working for over 4 months it would have been nice to have been given a heads up!

Summary: Great service and beautgiful hotel! It is also in a great location! We had a window over the main shopping area which was nice for people watching and easy access to everything. The ruins are small but it may or needs. Breakfast is good.

Summary: Other then the mattress sliding off and me lying on the floor evening was OK. Breakfast was not exactly as would of liked but was adequate.
