Positive: This is the best hotel staff in existence. They were extremely kind, well informed, and helpful. They took the time to post something back to USA for us, showed us how to use the laundry, and let us leave our heavy packs in the hotel long after checkout. Very highly recommend. And the architecture is beautiful.

Negative: Not.a thing.

Positive: Everything was perfect. I left the terrace curtain and door open all night while I slept to feel the fresh air and watch the sunrise. The view and the experience were magical.
