Summary: Everything was perfect. Friendly service and they have a great restaurant. Free ski bus in front of the hotel brings you to the ski lift, one stop only. Hope to return soon.

Summary: This hotel is located in the beautiful countryside south of Chur, part of a small community surrounding the Heiden Lake. It’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere, frankly, which if it’s away from the maddening tourist crowd that you wish to be, then this is the place for you! The building itself is new and well cared-for. From the outside it appears to be a very classy place, an impression which is only confirmed by one’s treatment when arriving on the inside, from the first greeting at the front desk to one’s handling in the restaurant which is on site. We had both a dinner and a breakfast there, and found both very much to our pleasing. The room (we were upgraded to a Junior Suite—thank you very much!) was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite big, with a glass-enclosed shower stall (much better than stepping in and out of a slippery high-sided tub!). There was a lot of storage space and even a mini-fridge, which we put to good use. In a word, if we were in that Lenzerheide area again, would we choose to stay there again? Absolutely!!! There’s a great experience to be had here and at a very fair price per night.

Summary: Room according reservation should have been a King size Bed, what turns out to be a double bed. We did arrive at 8pm, nobody at the reception and the person from the restaurant cgecked us somsort in...not the excpected warm welcom and info you get wwhile check- in. Restaurant little understaffed. Overall, Hotel and bfast ok.
