Summary: Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the customer. This needs to change!

Summary: Good location, directly on Eckernforde beach. At walking distance of the nice old town and harbour. Free parking in front of the hotel. Room with splendid seaview. Breakfast with wide variety of food, drinks and desserts/fruits. Good service. A bit 'classic' in style and service. Some people would call this hotel a bit "old fashioned", other would call it "with a touch of grandeur". Our hotelroom was too small for three persons and therefore relatively expensive (for this time of year; May holiday).

Summary: Perfect location directly on the beach. Beautiful area with a flowery 4km of walk/bike path along the city and beach.
