Positive: Loved the sauna experience! Unique in its own way. The rest was clean and pleasant. The personnel was very helpful and polite.

Negative: The pillow was too tall and was uncomfortable for my neck. Everything else was alright!

Summary: Good experience. I'd return every time I have the chance.
