Summary: Staff did make efforts to provide good service. Excellent location which is across the street from the Oktoberfest fair grounds. The breakfast was average but quality was expected for the price of room. My room (No. 21) was on the basement level, so there was water seeping out from the cracks in the floor tiles. The rate of leakage was about 300 milliliters per day. This may have been caused by light rains seeping under the foundation or broken pipes under the property. Luckily, I only stayed two nights. The one towel that was provided absorbed the floor water.
