Positive: It was clean and comfortable. Staff are approachable and prompt to my request.
Negative: The pods were quite far from the main entrance of the hotel. I arrived in the evening and it was quite dark and I had a difficulty wheeling my luggage during that time.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The spa pool was great and very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Definitely two of the highlights of our stay.
Negative: The air-conditioning in our room was quite weak. We asked maintenance to check it, and they responded promptly, but unfortunately, the room still didn’t cool down enough afterward.
Summary: Despite the issue with the air-conditioning, we still had a great and enjoyable stay overall.

Positive: The pool was nice, the rooms in the villa were ok I love having a cozy coffe shop
Negative: We were not assisted or shown where our villa is. Wifi in the villa was not good , we hardly managed to watch on the tv, it will be nice to have a comfy sofa as well There’s not a lot that you can have for food to order in the hotel and yet you are not encouraged to bring food or you have to pay a charge if you do Not a lot of choices on the buffet for the breakfast Checking out was not a smooth process
Summary: It is a very good hotel I may say, but if they can only improve

Negative: On our first day my first expression it wasn’t I expected for a double deluxe room. And soon us we entered there was a weird smell coming from the shower room and toilet . We had to call someone so they know what we were talking about and the staff even said yeah Ma’am we can smell it like a dead rat and said Sorry . Everything thing that you need from this hotel such towel , ice , blankets and pillow you had to pay extra . I mean seriously why ? I never experienced that in other hotel . And the staff not all of them are accommodating and friendly . It was a very disappointed experience when we stayed in this hotel because it quite pricey but then again it’s not what you expected. The other thing is the buffet breakfast when I order a scrambled eggs I expected it HOT but I had cold one , I mean it’s a hot breakfast it should be serve hot not cold and the staff that serving the food are not so friendly , they don’t smile and the food always the same I wouldn’t come back in this hotel .
Summary: I didn’t take any photo because I didn’t like this hotel .
