Summary: Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Room cleaned very well every day. Lovely thick fluffy towels, comfy beds and good size room. Breakfast good, but evening meal not good value for money. Easy walk to centre of Ciutadella . Pretty walk along the sea front

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting with him. We were able to walk to the old town, restaurants, and markets easily. The ferry from Barcelona was an easy 20 minute walk, and the bus to Mahon was about about 8 minutes away. We look forwarding to visiting again in the future.
