Summary: It was a convenient location with good parking and walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was easy and they staff was helpful in recommending a nice place for dinner.

Summary: The hotel was not terrible but they were having a problem with their heating and so the whole place was super hot and we had to sleep with the windows open and there was someone smoking outside so then had to close them due to smell… they did give us a fan and that helped but it would have been nice to have control over the heat

Summary: Seward is great for a relaxing staycation. This hotel offered me great view from the wide window. Room is clean and well decorated. Friendly staff and convenient access to lot of restaurants. Just little bit far from grocery stores.

Summary: We stayed here for one night as we traveled through Alaska. We were put into the historical wing which is codeword for hasn't been renovated or cleaned in decades. The room was full of dust, did not have hot water, sheets and pillows cannot say how clean they were, and the bathroom/shower is shared in the hallway. The shared bathroom/shower we were aware ahead of time. The photos are certainly misleading, and the price was not worth the accommodations. Other hotels are cheaper with better quality. Staff could not explain where additional parking was, just said it was up the road, but at night there is no clear signage. They said to just street park instead, but need to move the car by 8am. The surrounding areas of hotel seward are nice in the town.
