Summary: This hotel is past its prime. We've stayed here many times but no more. It needs a paint job , new towels, better mini fridge that is quiet , cushions for outdoor chairs and loungers. No coffee was provided this time, the listed airport shuttle is not available. The staff was excellent

Summary: Great location, market next door, 2 malls walking distance, public transit outside to Progreso beach or to Downton. Very quiet. Will stay there again.

Summary: Staff is ALWAYS Great !!! Very close to Everything, transportation is easily accessible a lot to eat just in a 5-7 block radius, Staff is friendly and always willing to help I stay here as much as I can when I visit Thanks and Great Job 👍👍👍

Summary: WIFI was not working, the hotel has 3 floors but not elevator nor bellboy to help out with luggage. A/C's noisy, very old. Pool was out of service for reparation.
