Our room was beautifully designed—spacious, stylish, and filled with thoughtful details that made our stay feel extra special. But the dining experience was truly out of this world; each meal was a culinary delight that showcased the best of Sicilian cuisine. Summary: Pleasant stay. Easy transfer from port. Room was a touch small as was the TV. food is very good. Service excellent. Perhaps a little more anti mosquito measures like nets on windows and doors would be nice, also some measures at dinner also.

Summary: Lovely hotel! Beautiful location and atmosphere. Service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the vineyard restaurant and it was delicious!

Summary: The hotel is a gem on the island of Salina - first of all it’s an “Albergo Diffuso” ie. each room is in a separate building and each of them create a small village. The building is beautifully integrated with Nature: when walking around you can smell scents from different plants including capers plants. Service was great and amenities well worth the price of the room - special mention to the SPA (we got a free entry pass thanks to the Expedia VIP program!), the rentable electric motorbikes and the salt water pool. Also, it is not mentioned on the profile but the hotel is home to the only Michelin star restaurant of the Aeolian islands (1 Michelin star) - make sure you reserve a table well in advance, it’s a must do experience and it’s very popular across the island. As an area of improvement I would recommend the hotel to work on the guests’ wow effect and stop milking guests at all costs - the bar is uselessly pricey (bar menu prices are super high with no real justification - eg. €7 for a coke) and we were expecting some free refreshments / fruits by the pool available for guests - this is what you expect from such signature gourmet hotels (is it so expensive to offer complimentary water by the pool or fresh sliced fruit?). Overall a great property with few major areas of improvement that can be easily fixed by management. The best in Salina!
