Positive: The staff was very welcoming. Even the phone communication before checking in was very pleasant. Our room was nice, clean, quiet and spacious. An absolute highlight was the breakfast - very rich!

Negative: The beds were a little too soft for our taste and the matrasses kept sliding away from each other - not very cuddly :)
