Positive: A good hotel for its price, with an excellent location right in the center — about a 3–4 minute walk to the sea and clean beach. There are many cafés nearby, but I recommend having breakfast at the hotel. It costs 100,000 VND (around $4). The breakfasts are quite varied: there’s always pasta, rice, salads, fresh vegetables, fruits, a few desserts, and pho bo. They will also cook different types of eggs for you, so it’s definitely worth it. The cafés near the hotel are quite expensive, and you won’t find a breakfast like this for that price. But of course, it’s up to you. The rooms are clean, we had housekeeping every day, and towels were changed daily. I also rented a bike through the hotel — it costs 150,000 VND per day. The windows of our room faced a busy street, and for people who are very light sleepers, it might be a bit of an issue. So you may want to check in advance where your room is located and what the windows face.

Negative: I really missed having a single towel, so I had to buy separate towels for my face and body. The hotel doesn’t provide beach towels, which is a real shame. I’ve never encountered a situation before where they give out just one towel.

Summary: Affordable prices right on the beachfront.

Positive: Comfortable beds, large bright room, wonderful cleaning staff.

Negative: People dragging furniture across the floor above below and beside my room . Noise from traffic and construction as window had no seals .

Summary: Seen better days.

Positive: Location was great. Not beachfront but a couple blocks away and easy walk. Could see the beach from the balcony

Negative: It is a little more rundown than it appears in pictures. The bath/shower has no curtain so you have to stand in bath to take a shower which gets water everywhere. Couch in photos are not comfortable . Also didn’t like that they make you pay with cash for your stay. Don’t give the option to pay with card

Summary: Good place to stay on a budget in Danang overall would stay here again

Positive: Location was great. Busy area. Many good restaurants. Beds were comfy. I recommend that you should download a translation app. itranslate works fine.

Negative: I understood that the staff at reception have to welcome guests from many countries but they struggle to understand and speak English. The chairs have cushions, BUT they are so hard. I resorted to sitting on the bed. Some rooms have vietnamese showers in the bathroom. (No screens) Floors become very slippery.
