Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good initial impression prior to arrival and they gave me a bigger room so I could put my bicycle (bike) in there. Room was clean and there was a microwave and tea/coffee in the communal area.
Negative: The fire alarm box was beeping, when I phoned reception they told me which button to press as the engineer didn't come out at weekends. It looks like this is an ongoing problem due to the marks on the button and the old tape. Shower only stayed hot for a minute, then went cold, then went hot, then went cold. The bed did not suit me and I found it uncomfortable but may just because personal preference.
