Summary: This hotel was fantastic, it is a bit dated but that will not stop me from coming back! I loved the old-world charm of this hotel, over looking the Alps. Fantastic dinner and breakfast. A+.

Summary: The reception, the restaurant and the spa was closed and it would have been nice to know before we booked it. The room didn’t have a fridge, so there was no place to cool down a soda or anything. The rooms have very thin walls. I am sure that the place is nice when it is opened, but we would have preferred to live in a hotel with a restaurant.

Summary: The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel. The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property. They even made a packed breakfast+lunch for us because we had a 4.30am departure to hit a mountain route. Room was very good. The only thing I would hope for is a slightly better pillow. We used the sauna daily and this was very welcome, especially after a tiring day on the mountain.
