Summary: I visit my family in Incheon once a year and Hotel Sopra has been my go to hotel as it's close to my family and in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. The service is kind and friendly, too.

Summary: The staff was very responsive and kind. The room was affordable, clean and spacious, and it is well situated in close walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops and 7-elevens. I would highly recommend.

Summary: Staff should say hi or even just a little smile and greet ings to guests to make us more feel welcome. I get it that they might not want to engage in conversation due to language barrier but our driver did even in a real broken English at least he tried. He is not from the hotel. We hired him separately.😃
