Positive: It was clean and the staff was kind and helping. The kindness of the staff compensate quite a bit our unpleasant surprises upon arrival.

Negative: In the photos it appears a bit different. Also it was a surprise on the spot that breakfast was not included. We also found out after the booking that the “spa” (a jacuzzi and a sauna) is also not included. Thus I found it expensive, especially compares to our other stay.
