Positive: The facilities looked nice.
Negative: The restaurant was closed for the winter, and no one told us that would be the case. My room was tiny - the bed was enclosed on 3 sides. The room thermostat didn't work and there were no spare blankets so I had to use towels on the bed to keep me warm.
Summary: Poor in winter but would be lovely in summer.

Positive: The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and professional.
Negative: The location of the hotel is a little far from Barcelona and the beds are not quite confortable. The breakfast was kind of small for a 4 star hotel. Also there is no restaurant nearby.

Positive: Diago at the front desk was really the high-light of the stay. What a great personality! The room was definitely spacious and the A/C worked well. I only had some fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet ... but there certainly was a generous offering of everything.
Negative: The bed was a bit firm, but I was able to put an extra comforter on top of it which helped. The shower was definitely a bit odd ... only a small handheld shower head that had a very small spread. An odd choice if there isn't an overhead shower head. It would be so easy to install a proper device. And then the glass door on the shower doesn't do a good job of keeping water from the bathroom floor. An easy fix as well.
