Summary: We puncture tire on Sat/San, but the receptionists help us very much, they made a lot of calls to garrages and at the end they found the solution. Many great thanks to all of them at the reception desk on that day Sun 9 Jul 2023 and Mon 10 Jul, especially VERA and deputy manager lady.

Summary: We were satisfied very much with our stay in HR & Spa Villa du Lac in Divonne lB. Nice appartment, well equipped kitchen, clean, balcony, peacefull place, pool... The most important and acknowledged, however, was the reception desk staff. We would like to say many thanks to the whole reception company. When our tire broke on Sat evening, they did exellent work to help us. Thus I very much appreciate the obliging and willing attitude of most of them, their real effort to help us in spite of the fact that no car service (garrage) works in France on Sunday. Many thanks to you, VERA (Anahid) and Madame Manager (I do not remember her name, long brown hair) for Sunday and Monday help and many telepohone calls to services in surroundings. They were succesfull and we could depart on Monday before lunch. Without their great help, we would be rather lost.

Summary: I read many reviews on this hotel and yet decided to book it. However I have was very surprised on how many bad reviews it previously received. Although on arrival, there was no one on the reception. Then a member of staff came over , assumed he was multi tasking. At first he was not very welcoming but soon warmed up to us . It was a late Sunday night and all the shops were closed.We were hungry and no where was open and the hotel don’t do room service. Or anything after dinner time which we missed. Even hotel bar was closed considering we arrived just after 10pm. We checked into our room which was a big room on top floor as requested, thank you The room was very clean though it need upgrading, it was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning works fine. The balcony was big with chairs There is a fridge and safe in our room too. We were welcomed with two bottles of water . The hotel complex was very beautiful at night.A spa, swimming pool and steam room was perfect. No hassles and is open till 9 pm. We enjoyed every moment of our stay . We had breakfast and dinner . Breakfast was good but missing tomatoes, mushrooms or baked beans. It was the same every day. Dinner you have to book and it was a three course meal . You also get bread rolls and water on the table . Which was nice . Overalls the food was very nice and the restaurant very clean . Thank you . There is a very nice lake and beach and shops just a few minutes walk.

Summary: Comfortable hotel, very pleasant check in/bar staff. The interior would benefit from some updating, but perfectly good for a short stay. Short walk into the village/Divonne Lac.

Summary: my son and I were extremely satisfied and happy to have stayed in this hotel. The room the bathroom the staff everything almost perfect, if the pillow was softer, would have been PERFECT. thank you

Summary: Nice hotel close to Geneva. Room very comfortable. Restaurant and lobby bar atmosphere not so warm and inviting. Large, free parking lot a big plus. The fitness room was a bit disappointing. Even though there were many Tehnogym-cardio equipment, there were no weights at all.

Summary: very nice location, near by Geneva, cool area, near by the lake walking 5 minutes, comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, Devon is very good place to stay safe and nice, highly recommended.

Summary: Was a bit disappointed that here was no tea/coffee facilities in the room (considering the price) and was a bit disappointed no breakfast at this price. We chose this hotel due to location as we were staying for Parkrun but hotel was close enough to centre of town so great location. The shuttle bus was fine when we arrived (after asking them to wait on us as our flight got in at 8.45pm and that was the time the shuttle left so after a few emails back and forth they said they would wait) but when we tried to arrange for the day we were leaving the shuttle didnt go at the times we needed - only went to the airport at specific times... but they could order us a taxi for 80 euros! It is a 15 mins journey! So we got the bus to coppet and then train to geneva then another train to the airport for 8 euros each! The spa facilities were great and staff were pleasant enough.
