Positive: While the hotel and its equipment have seen better days and could use a spruce-up, Spinaker is still the reliable hotel me and my husband enjoyed 10 years ago and now chose again as a place to bring our little children to see and enjoy Leba. The location is excellent, close to the beach but also to the harbour, restaurants, shops etc. Breakfasts are amazing, with decent coffee and a wide choice of salads, spreads and local delicacies such as pickled fish or curd cheese filled pancakes. The owner and his staff were around most of the day, which is a nice contrast to all those impersonal places where you just receive a code to open the door and never see anyone. We also appreciated the wind shield for the beach which could be borrowed here.
Negative: Room could be cleaner, some items need fixing or replacing

Positive: Great location, just few minutes walk from the beach. Staff was really kind and helpful. Rich breakfast with good selection of local food. For the size of the hotel surprisingly big selection.
Negative: Hotel restaurant only served breakfast during our stay, no dinners were available, although sign on the street suggested restaurant works for hotel guests. Hotel has apparently been in operation for some years already - shower gave impression it would collapse, beds were not the most comfortable we experienced during our week in Poland, there were signs of wear all around.
