Positive: What an amazing view! Just like the hotels name. Everything with our stay was perfect. Great service - Bikhi helped us organise everything for trecking as well, arranging a guide and a lift to the trail start and suggesting circuits. the hotel is also very well located by the lake and a moments walk to shops, restaurants and everything tourists would want to see. I recommend Coffee Ministry across the road for great morning coffee :) lovely garden for breakfast.

Positive: Great staff,greeted with an orange juice on arrival,rooms cleaned Every day.lt was winter but the views good.And hot water all the time.

Negative: Seriously the hotel needs to be refurbished.Air conditioner not working, curtains tacky and hard to draw across the window.
