Summary: Room was clean and spacious, the facilities for kids are brilliant, welcome drinks on Sunday was a lovely touch. Only downside was the swimming pool which is beautiful is too cold.

Summary: Under the attentive and guest-centered leadership of Frau Leuenberger, the team of Hotel Sport makes the entire difference between what could be a comparatively old hotel and the place that it really is: a hotel where I have felt warmly welcome despite the Covid-induced complexities of the current times. I have really liked to be here and look forward to go back in future: thank you for a great stay!! A special thank you goes to Lisa: she is ultra friendly and patient and always has a smile, despite large numbers of out-of-control and sometimes seriously Covid non-compliant kids in the breakfast room. A remarkable achievement in her challenging position!

Summary: I loved this hotel-it has a lovely warm welcome and although the decor is a little dated it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable.The staff were so friendly and helpful.Its position was perfect with the local bus stop outside and easy walking distance to either Klosters Platz or Klosters Dorf where you could catch a train to go further afield or grab a bite to eat.We stayed over Christmas and the atmosphere was magical.I would definitely return.I travelled with my wife and 2 teenaged children and we all enjoyed.

Summary: We stayed over Easter with our 2 children and some friends who also had children. It's great for families with an excellent swimming pool, including a children's pool, a well-equipped and clean playroom, sledges, children's meals, even a bowling alley. It's very large and spread out which makes it difficult/impossible to leave the children in the bedroom whilst you go off for dinner/breakfast unless you have a baby sitter. It's reasonably well located, being very close to the bus stop, but not in the centre of town, and they do have a free shuttle bus. It's a very good value three star hotel and the rooms are decorated accordingly. Of course they could be more comfortable and luxurious but they are good value and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the plumbing works well. The food is very good. This is much better (and more expensive) than three star and the restaurant is a quality restaurant in its own right.
