Summary: Great location but unfortunately not much else positive to say. The room had a terrible odour and even after leaving the windows open for the afternoon, it didn't improve the situation. We were only there for one night and given we were out in the evening and knew we were leaving in the early morning we didn't feel it was worth complaining about, but we certainly wouldn't recommend it or want to spend another night.

Summary: Poor value for money. No AC - poorly operating fan that was very dirty. No window covering in bathroom. Bathroom faucet was loose so every time I turned on the water I had to hold the base. Poor soundproofing between floors - heard 2nd floor guest whenever they moving around. But hotel is in great location and does offer free on-site parking.

Summary: Price was OK compared to the other overpriced accommodations nearby. It was 30C and no A/C & only a couple of small windows. There was a fan but....... There was a small mini fridge with no setting control I could find. The coffee maker still had the previous occupants coffee grounds in it. I was on the 2nd floor so hike up 2 flights, no elevator.

Summary: The location is great. Right downtown, next to a park, with easy parking in a private lot. The entrance is a little tricky to find from the street. The person at the desk was friendly but a bit English-challenged. Only steep stairs up, which wasn't hard for us, but could challenge others. The room was very clean, although very small and dated. There was considerable outside noise, which ceased directly at 10pm, but we closed the window and had to use AC to combat this. Our bed seemed to have a dip in the middle, so it may be time for a new bed. Decent value for the cost.
