Positive: Enkelt å finne fram, og stor, gratis parkeringsplass rett bak hotellet. Like enkelt var det ikke å komme inn, hotellet var selvbetjent uten noen til stede i resepsjonen. Dette kom ikke klart nok frem på siden til booking.com. Til slutt fikk vi ringt etter hjelp. Hotellet lå veldig sentralt midt i byen. Frokosten var enkel, men god. Rommet var funksjonelt innredet og sengen var god.
Negative: Det er en uting med denne trenden med ubetjente hoteller. Hadde jeg skjønt det før jeg bestilte, hadde jeg valgt et annet hotell.
Summary: Greit hotell, men forholdsvis dyrt.

Positive: Location. Free parking. Super comfortable bed. Clean. Lovely friendly helpful polite staff. Delicious breakfast. The lift decided to be a pain on a couple of occasions otherwise nothing at all to complain about at all

Positive: Everything! There was not a thing I could complain about. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the checkin/checkout without problems, breakfast!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!! I love this place

Positive: Beautiful spot between harbour and city centre. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good: healthy, delicious and high quality with a personal touch. Hostess Simone is helpful, cheerful, polite, and interested in the guests.
Negative: It was a shame that the Brasserie was closed. On a rainy night we had to find a meal in town and there is little choice in September, and there was no guide to local options.

Positive: The hotel staff, it’s historic character and the location.
Negative: The keyless entry system was a little temperamental at times :) although the staff were always happy to assist.
Summary: A very nice place to stay, comfortable and convenient.

Negative: I bumped my head all the time in the room against the timber. My wife did okay - but she is 26 cm lower than me.
