Positive: A very comfortable room and extremely helpful and kind staff. Thanks to Hasan for his help coordinating a trip to Ephesus. The hotel is close to several fine restaurants and my room had a great view of the harbor. The bathroom was up to date with readily available hot water.
Negative: Some elevators were a bit tight, but did the job.

Positive: The stuff was really helpful. It wasn’t super easy to find the back of the hotel for the parking, but I suggest looking at the map they send you. Parking is easy once in front of the hotel, and the staff are very helpful and guide you through everything. The hotel also has a beautiful view of the city, and there’s an elevator that takes you directly down to the seafront.

Positive: The staff were so friendly and helpful at hotel Stella. They helped park our car and welcomed us warmly. Breakfast was delicious and the views from our room were excellent. Great location and easy to walk everywhere. Such a great value property.

Positive: The seafront views are spectacular and the staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean,. A good choice for the view, but the accessibility and breakfast could definitely be improved.
Negative: However, be aware that the hotel is reached via very narrow streets that are difficult to drive through, and parking is limited to the street. To get to the marina walk, you must use an elevator then climb down steep stairs. The experience felt overpriced. Breakfast was very basic (hardly any pastries), and toiletries were the bare minimum

Positive: Our experience at this hotel was simply excellent. From the very first moment, the service was outstanding, especially thanks to Mr. Omar, who, along with the entire staff, made us feel right at home. Their kindness, attention, and professionalism truly make a difference. The food is delicious, varied, and of great quality, and the bed… absolutely amazing! We slept better than ever. Without a doubt, this is a place I rate a 10 in every way. We will definitely be back.
