Positive: We enjoyed the location and position of the hotel. The lady on reception was absolutely wonderful- so kind and helpful and very responsive to our needs. We want to give her 11/10! The young girl who served us our breakfast was also very lovely and helpful. She did her very best to be of service. We thank them both and send them our very best wishes. We appreciated the bottles of water in our room, especially as it was 40 degrees centigrade!
Negative: We were very disappointed with our breakfasts as we are vegan and I am also gluten-free. As I mentioned above, the staff were very kind and helpful but there was not much choice for us. We had informed them via email of our dietary needs. The toilet lid fell off when my husband first opened it. He managed to fix it. The air conditioning remote needed new batteries which my husband was able to get from the kind lady in reception. The hot water control in the shower was broken. The carpets were marked and there was peeling paint in the bathroom. The room & corridor felt forlorn & uninviting. A small fridge would have been fantastic for us. The room felt rather spartan & unwelcoming to us.
Summary: We were grateful for the kindness from the lady at reception who really made all the difference.

Positive: Bed linen, breakfast, location, parking.
Negative: After first night we didn’t have hot water. Room cleaning = you get additional roll of toilet paper. They do not value foreign tourists, menu in the overpriced restaurant is only in local language - “use google translator” the servant suggested. Pls use it by yourself and print out at least one copy of the menu in English and in German etc! Strange concept - we got our meat in the closed metal tin box. They have service fee 12% included in the bill but servant still asked about additional tip.

Positive: Restaurant was on renovation, so we got room service for the breakfast. Breakfast was from menu. It was perfect. Way better than expected :). We ordered toasts and Egg Benedict. - very good.
Negative: There was no shower head holder in the shower. Had to hold it in one hand :). Funny way. Do not understood the idea of this setup :).
Summary: Room -OK, Breakfast - super.
