Positive: I appreciated that the hotel is within walking distance of the train station — ideal for anyone traveling outside the city. However, it's not the best location if you're staying in the city and hoping to explore. I also appreciated some of the staff who were friendly and kind. The room layout was well-suited for a group or family, which I really liked.

Negative: Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Inconsistent Service We didn’t appreciate the bathtub/shower setup — water spilled everywhere when using it, creating a very slippery and unsafe floor. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with children. It simply wasn’t practical or safe for a family. The room itself was unclean, and the housekeeping service left much to be desired. Used cups were not replaced, there was no complimentary water, and overall cleanliness standards were poor. Despite the issues with the unusable shower, no compensation or resolution was offered. Breakfast service was inconsistent. While the staff were friendly on the first day, they were noticeably rude on the second. For example, porridge was refused on the second day despite being made the day before. Additionally, we were met with hostility when bringing breakfast upstairs for the kids, even though we returned the dishes afterward. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations in both service and quality. We would not choose to stay here again.

Positive: The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working the night reception.

Negative: There could have been a mini fridge in the room. There was roadwork going on on the street where the hotel is located last night, and even though it was past midnight, it was still noisy.

Positive: A traveller friendly hotel, budget wise and location.Very conveniently located 2 blocks from main railway station, access to city centre by tram or take an easy 1.5 km walk along the main road from the station. Room size is usual for this type of hotel, not overly big, decor is basic, perfect for short stays. Bed is comfortable, black out blind and curtain, linen and towels of quality. Hot water supply and wi fi connection excellent. Note, there is no fridge.
