Negative: Only after booking you discover the spa is for extra fee, unfriendly staff at check-in, not helpful and knowledgeable when asking about our trip to poenari fortress, very limited choice for breakfast, no lactose free or vegan options, offering free dessert for positive reviews seems questionable

Positive: I liked the restaurant, prices were fair and the meals were good. Would stop by again for lunch or diner.

Negative: Pretty expensive price for accomodation for what it offers, probably because it’s one of the few decent options in the area. There is room for improvement overall - for example breakfast, cleanliness and soundproofing

Positive: Staff is very professional, very polite and always ready to help you. The location is perfect for business but also leisure. The food is great, breakfast and also the dinner and lunch menu, a la carte.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.
