Summary: Overall, nice stay. Room was comfortable with a balcony and beautiful view of the sea. Pros: great breakfast, comfy bed, beautiful view. Cons: such a long steep hike up and down (kept missing shuttle) and we are in good physical condition, no coffee/tea service in room (breakfast starts at 8), strange shower configuration inside bathtub (great water pressure though), towel racks and hooks were made for very tall people, hair dryer fried my hair.

Summary: Hotel could not be bettered for views of the CinqueTerre coastline, but the shuttle service to Monterosso , although efficient, was hourly and QUEING it seems is not recognised in Italy! ( Apart from the Brits! )

Summary: Absolutely fantastic hotel. Fantastic views, great service. Stunning inside and out. Very clean and comfortable. Great location in a quiet setting overlooking all of Cinque Terre. Would highly recommend

Summary: The hotel and service are very nice. You just need to be prepared for the shuttle service which runs on the hour to the hotel from city center. It is too steep and long for most people to walk. It can be annoying to wait for shuttle.
