Summary: The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Didn't get to try out the restaurant but I definitely will go back and try it out. The room was spacious modern clean. The property was well kept and definitely gave a luxury feel. The pool was also nice also with a bar area poolside where the drinks were great. Definitely would stay again. Nice for couples and families.

Summary: The property was beautiful with a lovely spacious room that felt like an apartment! The biggest negative is the hotel’s restaurant was not available, and there are few WALKABLE choices nearby! I would not have stayed here if they would have mentioned this on the website because it was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise LOVELY place.

Summary: The hotel is currently under construction, which I understand can be part of improving guest experience—but this was not communicated in advance. A simple heads-up would have allowed me to plan accordingly. I specifically chose this hotel for the on-site restaurant, which was closed for renovations, forcing me to leave the property for every meal. In addition to this inconvenience, there appear to be long-term residents occupying the hotel floor (1st floor). Unfortunately, one of them was placed next to my room and created an ongoing disturbance—loud TV at all hours, frequent shouting, and use of inappropriate language toward others, including staff. While the staff were polite and attempted to intervene, the only solution offered was to relocate me to a different room. This required me to compromise on the room type I originally booked, as comparable options were unavailable. Additionally, no compensation or discount was offered for the disruption and inconvenience caused. The overall experience was uncomfortable, and based on how it was handled, it did not seem like an isolated issue. Soundproofing is minimal, so your experience largely depends on who is placed near you. It’s unfortunate, but I would be cautious when booking here. At this time, I will be reconsidering future stays.
