Summary: The service was outstanding. People were honest, kind and willing to help in any way. I felt safe there. The food is known (and was) very good and very clean - SAFE with no sickness at all. The cleanliness standards for India is different from the US - and by Indian standards, it was a quite clean hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The staff was extraordinarily helpful. They helped plan customized excursions for us, checked our train reservations for us, and when the train was “diverted” to Patna, provided us on short notice with cars to take us all the way to Varanasi.
