Positive: High level new hotel, absolutely clean, comfortable, with hot water, plenty elec. sockets, parking, close to the restaurants.
Negative: No breakfast option, no elevator (however in construction), the parking is relatively far away, the location is in the hear of the town with very narrow streets.

Negative: It was extremely cold and we needed to pay extra to get a heater. It was very small and didn’t help at all. There was also a problem with hot water.

Positive: Everything great. Nice place, nice hotel. The only issue was that it was cold in the room. They charged 10$ USD for a heater. I think this information should be on the website.

Positive: Staff was very helpful.
Negative: No heat, the place was very cold. Our fellow travelers were on a different floor and they didn’t even have a shower curtain. Completely different bathroom. It seems to builder use whatever you could get his hands on.
Summary: Loved the town, hotel tries to be fancy and mostly succeeds.

Positive: The staff was absolutely great, very lovely and helpful Lady. The hotel is located in the center of Puquio and you can walk everywhere, they also have a nearby parking space to park your car which was great help. The room was very clean and practical.
Negative: The only downside for me was that there was no breakfast served at the hotel so I had to get out at 07.00 (it was really cold) and it was a challenge to find something fresh & hot at a small town like Puquio. Apart from that, it was very good.
Summary: Great place to stay in Puquio.
