Positive: Location, it must have been a fabulous hotel in the past. Loved the chiming town hall clock opposite the hotel

Negative: The online check in process very difficult to use we didn't receive access codes. When we eventually gained access to the hotel all the public areas were in complete darkness and very unwelcoming. Fortunately we had torches. I feel this new online check in system will hasten the demise of once great hotels. Bring back humans!!!

Positive: My second time at this hotel in very short period. Very good location, clean and friendly staff. A bit old but I do not have some negative impression for this, in case I have to go to Sant Celoni again I will book this hotel.
