Summary: The room is behind the reception. There’s no lock on the door. The duvet was very untidy when I checked in and it had a smell. No bedsheet. There was hair on the bed. There were plenty of shower rooms, small but clean. The hotel wasn’t hard to find but during the night there’s no street lamps. There was construction going on at 11pm, with drilling and hammering sounds.

Summary: Very basic room with bed, shower, sink, shelf and bedside table. But, a massive sports event during my stay meant any available alternative hotel accommodation prices extremely expensive. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and my decision to simply get on with the accommodation was readily taken and did not spoil my stay - I also recognised that fellow travellers at the hotel were equally polite and respectful.
