Summary: The staff ( Jamie Ann) was particularly attentive and very helpful. Despite our very early morning arrival, she welcomed us warmly. The hotel room smells good, is very clean and has ultra comfy beds. The bathroom is clean, however there are no wall hooks or towel racks to hang used towels. Basic amenities (soap, shampoo…) are provided. I suggest the roof of the driveway be fixed so that the guests dont get wet when alighting from the cab (it was raining during our stay). I hope in the future, breakfast can be served. Because the location of the hotel is great, there are a lot of restaurants near by so it wasnt really an issue. There is a 24 hr convenience store right in the hotel which is a great plus! Overall, it’s a hotel where you get your moneys worth. Id stay here if I go back in the future.

Summary: A newly renovated hotel right on San Vitores Rd. Stayed here for two nights and the price was pretty reasonable comparing to other 5 star hotels. My arrival time was at midnight and this hotel has 24 hr front desk service, so no need to worry about missing the last check in time. Staffs were pretty friendly and helpful. This hotel has a pool (family friendly) and a gym and doesn't have any restaurants, but famous ramen such as Fujiichiban, Menkui is just about 3 minutes walk distance. Definitely visit Fujita beach (less than 5 minutes walk), the sunset is absolutely gorgeous! Downside: the sound proof isn't that good while I can hear people walking down the hall. But it didn't bother me a lot. Could install some hook in the bathroom. PS: Taxi from the airport to the hotel is 25 USD/one way and it's about 5 min drive. When checking out, you can also ask the front desk to reserve a taxi for you.

Summary: Hotel is Very Clean and Service are awesome Except Hotel seem still in Process of renovation , confusing for main entrance because front of the hotel are closed you my think its out of business , I had to figured out that back was the main entrance

Summary: Close to the beach and convenience stores amd restaurants. Right in the touristy area but reasonably priced with good amenitues. Newly renovated.

Summary: Smartly refurbished room and comfortable bed. However, hotel lacks facilities. It doesn't have a restaurant, so can't get breakfast in the morning without a 5min walk down the road to the "Kracked Egg". Therefore, I think it's over priced for what uou get compared to other hotels in the area.

Summary: The stuff at reception was nice. It’s quiet, comfortable, the only thing is they renewal , so taxi driver doesn’t know the name of Tano hotel. You have to tell them that pacific hotel.

Summary: We liked the friendly and kind staff. The hotel is relatively brand new so sometimes we had trouble telling the location to drivers, who didn’t know the name of Hotel Tano. I hope this hotel gets known.
