Positive: - the hotel is just next to the beach. it takes 2-3 mins to go to the sea. - the staff is very friendly and helpful. - the rooms and the facilities are very clean. - the wifi works very well. - it is 10-15 minutes away from the airport by taxi, very easy to reach the hotel. - despite the little details which can be considered as negative, it would worth to stay at this hotel.
Negative: - the beds aren't very comfortable, especially when they place two twin beds together. - there are enough sunbeds, but not enough shade. it is possible that you may spend your day under the sun with no coverage. it should be considered to place some umbrellas. - the breakfast is quite basic. i would expect more local stuff. - the refrigerator in the room wasn't working well. - they intend to charge for everything. there is a safe in the room, but you will need to pay daily to use it which is not very understandable. or it is understandable that they would like to guarantee their towels, but asking a "cash deposit" for them is not a good way in my opinion. in case there is an issue, it can be solved during the check-out. - for the people who would like to spend time at the pool, they should be aware that the pool is quite small. - it is not related to the hotel itself, but it would be nice if they had some agreements with the beaches around to reduce the price to rent the sunbeds at the beach.

Positive: Fabulous hotel which stands out with its authentic Spanish facade ! But modern , super clean and perfectly decorated internally to a very high standard. Perfect choices for all Breakfast tastes - best scrambled egg I’ve ever had in a hotel ! Attention to detail from all staff who are friendly and personable . Made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble from the very professional reception staff and bar staff ! Location was perfect for beach , restaurants, promenade and to have as a base if travelling around the Costa del Sol. Bonus was only 9 minutes in a taxi from airport !!

Positive: all staff were so friendly & went above and beyond for their guests , the bar + pool was my favourite part. I’d definitely stay again , my room was a dream and probably the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in

Positive: I was made to feel welcome immediately. The hotel was clean throughout and all staff were friendly. They provided a good breakfast. The hotel is ideally positioned on the beach. Had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. I can understand why people return here: I will be too hopefully!
Negative: The only thing was a poor quality coffee machine at breakfast.None of the choices were nice.
