Positive: Location is great. The room is good for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate (unchanging day to day). They tidy the room each day: making the bed, giving you clean towels, and emptying the trash. Nice touch.

Negative: It lacks modern amenities such as a phone charging station by the bed, conveniently located electrical outlets for charging computers or other devices, and a mini-fridge. Slippers would have been nice - the rooms have tile floors, which were cold. My bathroom had an unpleasant odor. I don't know if that is true for all of the rooms. Check-in was quite confusing at first - it's a self-check-in system, and when I arrived, no one was there to help me understand the system. It was not intuitive.

Positive: Bed was great, good Outlook, good sized room, coffee machine

Negative: The shower was either pointing to a wall or the vanity. You had to hold it to wet yourself down. The access to the room was difficult due to the renovation as you firstly hand to go to the first Floor and the walk thru the events area to get access to a second set of lifts to get to the Floor where the room was locaties

Positive: Big spacious room with large desk and sofa, and large bathroom. Comfy mattresses and duvet. Nice elegant atmosphere.

Negative: The pillow was a bit too bulky, it would be nice to get a choice. The bathroom was cold as it doesn't have its own heating, and water pressure from the shower was very low.

Positive: Location on walking distance from Slot Zeist, spacious room, good breakfast, quiet at the back of the hotel. Nice that there is a bath.

Negative: That checking in now happens at an i-Pad (having to type in a lot of info, including one's passport number) instead of with a person. This is not very welcoming.
