Summary: The hotel was very nice and had a great location in the middle of town with great views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If driving to the hotel you need to get the address for the parking area which is in the back of the hotel as the front is on a pedestrian only street.

Summary: This lovely family-owned hotel is a wonderful place to spend Christmas and every effort was made by the staff to make it feel special. The only issue we had was the lack of organisation with regard to restaurant bookings at the hotel that we had previously made. Twice, including the Gala Dinner on Dec 24, we were told that we had only booked half-board. Eventually our reservations were found but it wasn’t very professional. The location is perfect and the views over the valley from the lovely spa/pool were lovely. We would not hesitate in staying again.
