Summary: Was in the low level room, so it has a lot of sound of the street early in morning. AC wasn’t turning on.

Summary: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is incredible in the old town but worth noting it is a decent climb from where the shuttle bus from Rimini drops you off. There can be a bit of noise from stores and restaurants setting up in the morning. Nothing huge but if you’re a very light sleeper you might wake early. The upside is you get to explore the old town in the morning and evening when there aren’t any tourists and the streets are clear. Wonderful stay in San Marino.

Summary: Nice hôtel in the old town of San Marino. There is also a very good restaurant inside. Quiet night et good atmosphere overall. Would definitely go back

Summary: Hotel is lovely, staff are really nice but was left feeling a bit mis-sold. The Classic room we received looked nothing like the room we believed we were getting. The pictures we saw on the website and booking sites are completely different and of a much higher standard to the room we got.

Summary: Well …this property was nice and they have a great breakfast but we encountered a problem with canceling the last night. The admin was so rigid on their cancellation policy, even with Orbitz supervisor calling, we had to pay for the last night we weren’t there. So we are torn on this property but it was nice and most of the front desk staff was great. Close to the duomo and train station.

Summary: This hotel is beautiful and in the most gorgeous setting of the historic centre of San Marino. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the hotel restaurant has great food with an amazing view. The car is parked at their sister hotel in an underground garage and you can either walk or get the hotel groups private buggy to take you for access. The rooms are lovely, as a world heritage site it has to be maintained with original features which makes it charming - the only downside is the tiny bathroom however that can be forgiven because of the beauty of the place. We will be back and I highly recommend a stay here.
