Summary: We have stayed there a few times before. The price has gone up and they don’t have complimentary breakfast anymore. It’s getting old and needs much work. Not worth the money anymore.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and very romantic. It feels more like a resort than a hotel. The pool is huge! We love it, stayed in all day. The staff was so friendly and very attentive and available.live music at night, beautiful property, safe and did I mention, romantic! The room is dated. I love the hotel and don't want to say anything bad but it could use some renovation. Small TV, clunky shower, hard bed. It doesn't feel 5 star for that reason. The cute parts of town are quite a ways walking. There's not much around the hotel. BUT I want to reiterate that this is a romantic place that you don't want to leave. The weather, the palm trees, the pool, the staff, the music. I loved it. Just trying to manage North American expectations

Summary: The hotel is showing its age, but it still has the charm of the regal hotel of its heyday. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. All the staff were extremely friendly.
