Positive: Marina was an exceptional host and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our dinner and breakfasts were delicious as Marina is a great cook and so many items were homemade. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the ski lifts so easy access to skiing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future!

Positive: This hotel is an absolute gem, I could not recommend it more. It was simple but spotless and comfortable. This was the perfect stay for a ski week. We were able to wake up to a gorgeous view, have a delicious, fresh breakfast, ski all day directly from the hotel's door, come back to a dinner of hearty Georgian food, and then sleep soundly in comfortable rooms. Our hosts were so warm and kind, fulfilling every need and so much more. With a price comparable to the Airbnb apartments on the mountain, this was by far a better deal with all the food we needed for the week provided.

Negative: Nothing! The road to get to the hotel is not passable with a normal car, but hosts were wonderful and picked us up from the nearby parking lot.

Positive: Marina, the owner is a real host. Very nice, there is no such wish that she could not try to manage. Speaks English perfectly. The lift is really close, however you need to climb a hill to get home after skiing. We rented the ski, and we could leave the staff there, so it was easier to walk up. The food is delicious, made by heart. What we missed is some snacks for our children, as ours are very "selective" ones.. Marina could also find a solution, fortunately. It is also good that the children have their own beds, which is very rare at most of the accomodations here.

Negative: The house is a bit isolated, which is good and bad in the same time. If you want to go to new Gudauri to see people, you need to call a taxi, or Marina can manage it, but it makes it complicated, especially after dinner. On the other side, the accomodation is really quiet, no noise, no loud music, and the guests respect it .

Positive: We were really made to feel welcome, we were looked after like family. Location was fantastic even though snow conditions made ski-in, ski-out impossible, the walk to the lift is very short. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We would happily stay again.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality that made me feel right at home. Marina, the lovely owner, is an absolute gem. Her kindness and attention to detail truly set this place apart. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible Georgian food Marina prepares every day. Each meal was a delightful explosion of flavors, made with so much love and care. It felt like dining with family, and I looked forward to every bite! The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The warmth of the hospitality extended to every aspect of my stay, making it an unforgettable experience. Location is perfect, around 150-100 meters from Priveli chair lift, so you can skiing from the door, ski in/out.

Negative: Overall property was good, beds were a little hard (for an old fella like me), and the bathrooms didn’t have much room in them, yet were functional.

Positive: Stayed for one week at Hotel Toni in February 2024. The hotel is basically ski-in and ski-out located roughly 100 m from the closest ski pist and ski lift. The host Marina will welcome you at check in and will also introduce you to the dishes on the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The dinner buffet offered a soup as a starter and two different main dishes with a variety of vegetables as sides. Breakfast buffet is served at 09.00-10.00 each morning and dinner buffet at 19.00-20.00 each evening with different Georgian dishes every day. Home made wine is included in the dinner buffet. Our daughter is a vegetarian which was not a problem for the kitchen. There is a room in the basement to store skis and ski boots and also a wood-fired sauna available for rent, but we never tried the sauna. The rooms are clean and our room had three single beds with a balcony and a small bathroom with a shower. Marina can book transfer from the Tbilisi International Airport. Our driver used his own private car to pick us up at the airport and was super friendly helping us buying sim cards at the airport, despite not being good at speaking English. The road from Tbilisi to Gudauri is unfortunately not well maintained with many large pot holes. The drive took us roughly 2.5 hours one way.

Negative: Everything was excellent.

Summary: Perfect location for skiing with a friendly host.
